I don’t even want this Dunkin donuts to have a star. This store is a disgrace to Dunkin donuts industry. How hard is it for a business to get a shipment in every night and serve fresh bagels? Apparently it’s difficult for this store to keep up. It upsets me that this location must make so much money yet still can’t provide quality food for the customers. Not worth the wait in line.

If you like watered-down GARBAGE come here for their iced coffee! They need new management immediately, because their excuse for customer service is like talking to a brick wall.
They should hire some of the educated college students, they’re their primary clientele and would do a much better job! (I know this bc I once worked at Dunkin Donuts!!!)
I wish I could give less than one star, this place is TERRIBLE. Save your money.

WHAT THE HELL… the staff better thank oprah and baby jesus that its way too cold and im way too lazy to walk all the way from Weiss Hall back to dunkin donuts because I literally just paid for someone to take a huge steaming shit in a cup, stir it around and add cream and sugar… coffe coolatta? me thinks not. Then I turn to what is presumably a FRESH chocolate glaze donut… no. not fresh.HARD AS THE ROCK ON THE MUTHALESS (pronounced mother less) GROUND!
There is so much wrong with my entire order, its unreal… im flabbergasted, digusted, and slightly enraged. Please no one go here anymore… I just cant… denial is taking over thats how real and bad my food and drink is… that my conscious is going into full time denial…

I never thought I could dislike a Dunkin Donuts. I dislike this one.
If I had a nickel for every time my order was wrong, or my bagel was burnt, or they forgot to put cream cheese on my BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE I would be rich.
Nonetheless, I kept coming back because this place was convenient in times of hungover desperation. Also, other than the messed up orders the employees here are really nice, so I’ll take that.

I only come here when I have those free iced tea coupons from the circulars. I would not eat food here if you paid me, If I want dunkin food I go to the one closer to my house for the bus ride to school.
