Dunkin’ Donuts

Talk about poor customer service. Went to get coffee with my girlfriend and she ordered a coffee which is supposed to be .99 from 2:00 to 6:00 she asked the girl how much when she ordered at the drive through and she said 1.07 we get up to the window and the girl says two something. We say it’s supposed to be 99cents and the girl says sorry you ordered at 1:59 and the deal doesn’t start till 2:00 we look at our phone and it’s 2:05. Really keep your coffee and your business we’ll take ours somewhere else.

This DD has gotten better since my last review. Their coffee isn’t so bland and the drive through has definitely improved. Don’t hear all the laughing and young kids in the background and I haven’t gotten the wrong order since.

I was at this Dunkin location today. I usually go here because the staff was always friendly and all speak English CLEARLY. The girl who helped me was very sweet and friendly. As she was pouring my coffee (which I do admit, I take my coffee VERY sweet), an older, grumpy woman standing at the register IN FRONT OF ME turns to the cashier originally waiting on me and says «Seriously?!» and turns to me, «Is that SERIOUSLY how you take your coffee?!». She later handed me my bagel and I smiled and said «thank you!»…she had no response, except for the miserable look she had plastered on her face the whole time I was there. Last I checked, you get paid to pour coffee and slap cream cheese on bagels, other than asking for my order this woman needs to learn to keep her mouth shut. I was in a rush today, but next time I return I will make it a point to let her manager know about her bad attitude.

Can’t go wrong with Dunkin Donuts… this specific location has a really cramped PARKING LOT though.

It’s a DD. Kids like donuts. Mommy likes donuts. I am still on the hunt for a better donut place, which I’m sure exists, but for now this places is better than the greasy mess that is the ever-​popular Krispy Kreme. I like my donuts to have substance and a yeasty flavor… not be light and saturated with oil. But I digress.
This DD hooks you up late night sometimes (I imagine to get rid of the surplus), and that’s fine for me the next morning! But this happens at most DDs.
