I have been going to this dunkin donuts for years. Every morning we have been getting extra large coffees without a problem except for the last three weeks have been getting the incorrect coffee. I get an extra large decaf with extra cream — NO SUGAR— the last three weeks I have gotten 3 of them with sugar, they weren’t decaf and regular cream. I wil stop getting my coffee here. It is expensive when you are not able to enjoy it. They need NEW MANAGEMENT or they will be losing business. Shame it had a great reputation until this last manager. I will not be getting any more coffee from them…

The staff could hardly be bothered to take my order. I ate in so I could work. Someone’s friend was there the whole time talking to staff and being inappropriate. She was part of the reason my order wasn’t take right away. The donut was fine. The chai — well, I live in the city and therefor have access to good tea. I couldn’t finish the chai. Oh, and I forgot to add that the woman who gave me my drink was leaning over and breathing on it, and then made fun of me because I thought it was hers and not mine.
