I dropped scripts off two hours prior to picking them up and they still weren’t ready. A pharmacist yelled at my wife, so I had them reported. The manager Tanya called me because I guess she was forced to. She was completely insincere, and even laughed at me. This cvs is literally around the corner from my house, and I avoid it like the plague.

One word — disheartening. Had a presciption for 2 inhalers which I needed both filled at once. One for one location and the other for another location. They fill one of them and tell my mother insurance only covers one.(My mom went) Insurance paid 1.59 and I paid 50.00. Really? You think they would have common sense since I said I needed them both filled to tell my mom the options which are if I dont run it through insurance to save the 1.59, I can get them both filled and it would cost me 51.59 each rather than 50.00 each, one now and one in 30 days. No common courtesy or common sense. Ugh, then I call and speak to an intern named Dennis who had a horrible attitude, over talked me and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He was very adamant he did me a favor because he saved me 1.59. Yeah, really buddy. I’m doing you a favot getting my prescription filled there. He could not understand the common courtesy that the situation should have been explained to the customer so they knew their options. Save 1.50 or get what you want now. Unreal. Then he keeps saying well he can fill the other one now for 51.59 if I dont care about saving the 1.59. seriously, its going to cost me more in gas than 1.59 to come back. Ugh, thats what they should have said to begin with

Just a regular CVS. The pharmacy isn’t too good if you want to fill prescriptions for chronic conditions as they don’t plan on keeping those drugs regularly stocked.
