This is their final season in operation. They have huge banner thanking all for their business for 50-some odd years and that this is the final season and in the fall they are closed and retired. A shame to lose them because they are by far the most affordable nursery in the area. They will be missed.

Why go here? Well simple, for under 20 bucks I got: three white eggplant plants, four tomato plants, three dill plants, three basil plants, three cilantro plants(really big ones), three jalapeño plants, three chines bell-pepper plants, three anaheim pepper plants, squash plant and Israeli cucumber plant. I’d say that’s not bad. Wouldn’t you? All the plants are thriving and hell, what more can you ask for? O, flower you say? Sure, they have flowers… and variety is slightly above par with most other nurseries. Not nearly what you can get from the net but hey its worth a looksee. Plus the people are very helpful with advice. So if you have a patch of yard you can spare or an unused pot you can dump $ 2 worth of soil in how about you join in the dirty, planting, farming and oddly rewarding fun of it all?
