Creative Comp

I had a very poor experience dealing with Creative Comp. Inquired about purchasing a GoPro Hero4 Silver after finding an advertisement on Craigslist. Need to up my selfie game, right?
It was marked down significantly despite being sold as «New in Box» so I asked all the right questions to determine if the item was slightly used & placed back inside the original packaging, if repairs were done, etc. Response: «Because people are cheap especially on Craigslist. It’s brand new in sealed box.»
Okay, fair enough. Let’s make sure I’m not getting ripped off and being fed some bogus story… «Understood. I see you’re a business on Passyunk — Are you guys a licensed vendor of GoPro products? Because if this is a resale, then the manufacturer’s warranty is then voided, and then it really isn’t ‘new’.»
«Dude, buy it somewhere else.»
Wow. Okay. So, instead of being up-​front and honest about the product, and making me go on GoPro’s website to factually determine they aren’t a licensed reseller vendor of GoPro products, they opted to be rude and awfully snide. Damn the customer who thinks to research their $ 350 investment.
So long story short, two lessons were learned on this day… 1) Creative Comp is some combination of rude, immature, untruthful, & grouchy and 2) my selfie game might not recover from this let-​down.
I can’t even.

Nicest guys. Complete knowledge of dell products. Fast. Great prices. Fixed my laptop in less than 20 minutes. Awesome service.

Great customer service and repair was affordable. Although I had to travel from Mt. Airy which is not a hike, skip and a jump to South Philly, it was worth the great service! Will definitely support this establishment in the near future. :)

I had a great experience with Creative Comp.
Another place wanted to charge me 120 for a hardware issue. Danny did it for 85. He’s also fast! I had my laptop back in two days. Included in the price is a 30 day warranty on his work.
I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. He also sells things like batteries and chargers at decent prices.

Great place to go for all your computer needs I have been going here for several years they could have ripped me off a couple times but were very honest. I know very little about computers and when my desktop just needed a new button to turn on Danny only charged me $ 20.

I recently experience some trouble with my hardware on my computer. I was low on cash but really needed someone to look at it. My boyfriend referred me to Danny. I called told him what happen and he said bring it in. He told me I needed a new hard drive. I already know what that meant spend money I dont have. Danny gave me a good deal that surpised me. (He is fast also) He is amazing my bf goes to him for everything. So if yu need IT help just go i see him and tell him Cherie sent you.
