Cosmic Cafe

Have you ever had one of those days where you had to lick 20+ envelopes back to back? That was me today (and I might be doubling it tomorrow –slams head into desk with defeat-​) and after wards I really needed to get that mail taste out of my mouth and was really craving a smoothie. So after reading Anjali’s review I decided to stop in and give here a shot.
They definitely had a tempting variety of smoothies and shakes. But I decided to go with the Pina Colada based on the soul fact that the office had a soft rock station on all day and I got that damn song in my head. It definitely passed the fruity test and it’s taste was so cosmic that it aligned me with Uranus (I’m an Aquarius so it’s my planet). The menu looked pretty solid, especially for breakfast. and they have a deal where you can score an egg + cheese and a coffee (3 of my essential food groups) for $ 2. and they have free Wi-​Fi. I know I’ll be back.

Their menu is interesting. I tried the chicken tikka wrap with ranch dressing and I have to say it was pretty darn tasty. They have a smoothie menu which looks very tempting, though it does make me wonder why they didn’t just open a location for Jamba Juice here instead? Oh well. I hope their hours are a lot better than what Pad Thai Shack had here before because I never knew when the damn place was open.
