Love browsing the gorgeous selection of unique furniture and home décor in this old warehouse. Lots of new stuff every time I go. Can’t wait for my next trip. Always try to take something to consign to make it doubly worthwhile.

This place is alright for a consignment shop and I found some really cool old framed photos of Philly. They had been there since July which mean that I would receive 40% off making them about 80 bucks each. Still seemed like a lot of dough to me, but I really wanted them. Then the lady told me that the discount didn’t apply to art and that they were 20% off. That seemed like way too much money, and she worked it down to 30%. In the end I paid $ 100 each for them. HUGEMISTAKE. I went to Nadeau next door right after(which is awesome by the way) and the guy there told me that I had just got insanely ripped off and that he had bought those same framed pictures for TENDOLLARS a piece in the summer when a guy came around selling them. Dang it. I know I should have been more shrewd, and that’s probably my fault for not really knowing the value of something before I buy it, but I DO feel a little bit taken. Skip this place and go to Nadeau. They have the coolest furniture and fairest prices in Philly. I’ll leave one star because the woman was nice, and it’s probably not her fault that she had to hustle me so hard. But dangit!

Would like to add that I was very pleased with the selection here. At first thought, because it was on Main Street, i thought that it would be pricey. However, prices are very reasonable, and they have some beautiful furniture. Check out the back room for some great deals… Plus over the weekends there is free parking across the street. One of the managers/owners was sweet as pie… I picked up a bed frame and because I lived so close by she offered to have it delivered for free. The offer was very touching, and she was very personable… Hands down the best place to buy furniture on Main Street.

Nice people who work there. I was disappointed that the first floor had nothing but pastel 1980’s furniture and accessories. Even after several trips, no one to help on other floors. Not handicapped accessible.

i am a self claimed vintage lover and/or just any old thing junkie. I recycle like it’s my religion, I compost, I take my dates to flea markets and I even(only sometimes) regift. So it was my pure joy when I saw this brand spanking new consignment store in Manayunk. I have been looking and looking for a cool, retro dinette table for about 5 yrs. I didn’t want Ikea, I didn’t want to pay too much, and I didn’t want something that everyone had. The table that meant for me was waiting here. I swear! It was waiting for me at this new Home Consignment market. The price was reasonable and the people and the dog were awesome. i also scored a vintage Barbie and Ken salt/pepper shaker as a wedding shower present. I love this place!
