My friend and I got a mani and pedi there… although we were out of there after 4 hours, I was somewhat satisfied w my acrylic nails (the lady who did the acrylic was nice, but another lady who actually painted my nails w polish did a rushed and sloppy job, probably bc it was closing time) and toes. I guess I would go back there again, but I would only ask for the acrylic lady… she seemed to know what she was doing.

Not impressed with the gel manicure I received. I came in without an appointment so I was prepared to wait. There were 3 nail techs and they all seemed to take their time with each client. I was thinking that’s great. I was sure that I will be satisfied with their work. Unfortunately no, my gel manicure turned out to be so thick and lumpy.
They’re all Vietnamese and not the most professional. I overheard them complaining to each other about the customers, this one is weird, that one is back again because one of her nails chipped again, ect.
I wouldn’t be back of course.

This is by far, the best nail salon in the northeast! The techs here are super talented! They have a huge assortment of colors, the salon is very inviting and clean, and the folks that work there are always friendly.
I’ve been coming here for years! I get compliments on my nails all the time! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

The staff here is really nice. It’s very easy to keep a conversation with them. Cindy and Cherry are especially great. Another great thing is they never rush you out the door.

I LOVE Cindy’s! I have been going here for years! I don’t live near it anymore but still drive up there for my nails. Phawn and Maya are my favorites! I am very picky when it comes to manicures because I am able to pain my own nails well. I need the entire nail painted (hate when there are parts on the side without polish). I would absolutely recommend Cindy’s if you live in the area!

I used to go here years ago and recently decided to try it again. I was most pleasantly surprised! I got the gel pedicure and the young lady did a great job! Not a long wait and really exceeded my expectations! Pedis can be hit or miss in the NE but this place is a hit!

My first time going to this salon and I was not satisfied with the customer service. Two of the workers were rude and the one worker giving me a pedi insulted me. maybe I was the wrong color that day, because no one else was being treated in this matter. (And through all the ignorance that was giving to me, I still remained a lady.) I have visited many nail salons and NEVER have been treated in this manner. I can not tell u not to go here, but to each it’s own.

I went to Cindy and she did an amazing job. My nails look better than ever and at a reasonable price. They look like a picture from a magazine! I had gotten gel nail polish at this cheap place in Mayfair and they ended up chipping two days later, so Cindy’s was refreshing.

I have been here two times, and I have been pretty happy both times. I went here on recommendation, by two different people. I also got the UV Gel Axium Nail Polish both times, too. The second time, the lady didn’t let my pinky nails dry enough, and they were sticky when I got home. I called and the owner answered, told me to come back either same day or the next day and he’d fix. I went back the day after, and he stopped what he was doing, fixed it, showed me how to make sure it doesn’t happen again, and then he instructed the lady who messed up on how to not allow this to happen again. He didn’t yell at her, either, just showed her how to fix it in the future. I was very pleased.
I got a pedi here too, and big A+ on that!
4.5 stars for me!
