Burger Maestro

I hear so little about Burge Maestro that i assumed they must have closed.
I went a couple weeks after they opened about a year ago and was really impressed. The burgers were tasty and ranged from basic to quite creative. I love that they offered two different size patties for those of us with a smaller appetite.
And you may want to get that smaller patty even if you’re super hungry just to leave room for the fries. These fries were absolutely perfect. I like my fries well salted and crispy on the outside and almost creamy (and not mealy at all) on the inside. I could just eat their fries for lunch. Seriously.
For a burger joint with nothing extremely special going on, i would usually max out at 4 stars. I would actually be prepared to subtract another for the annoying food court location. But i bumped them up to max for the best fries i’ve ever tried and the personalized burger sizes.

Good quick burgers and terrific fries! Get the Spanish fries for a treat. In food court of Bellevue.
