Bravo Pizza & Halal Food

The Girl… who answers the phone is the most ignorant person I ever had spoken to. I wonder if the manager know how she speak to customers… Smh… i never order from there again.

This company is going to have a lawsuit on their hands if they continue to leave their flyer on my door. I have a «NO SOLICITING NO ADVERTISEMENTS» sign on my door. STOP LEAVING YOUR FLYER ON MY DOOR.

Still waiting on the food I ordered over an hour and half ago! You lost me! A huge disappointment

this is my go to delivery spot. usually very fast (or at least on time) delivery, always hot, and the drivers are pretty nice to me. ugh i want so much to give them 5 stars but they are halal, and about 90% of the restaurants (the ones that i patronize) that can deliver to me are halal, and beef bacon just does not cut it for this girl. of course i understand the culture behind it so its not a real complaint, i just wish i didn’t always have to travel or make my own meal because i want pork bacon.
i normally go with hoagies or some type of wings, occasionally i opt for pizza. and i usually have a pleasant experience with the food… for what it is. And by that, I mean there isn’t a lot to choose from where i live. If you want high quality food then you probably won’t be looking at this place anyway.
favorite meal on a lazy day is the buffalo wings with the mozzarella fries. although if you want a kick make sure you get the spicy flavor as the mild isn’t really spicy at all.
can’t speak on customer service outside of delivery as i always go through eat24 or grub hub.

There was a time when I would order at least twice a week from this place for a year or so the food is three to four star but the owner/​management has no concept of customer service he has hired rude unprofessional order takers/​cashiers and when brought to his attention he will defend their behavior and act as though you are the problem

for a delivery spot their food is really good, everything I’ve had has been hot, although a little greasy but it’s a take out joint so what do you expect… they deliver even though i live quite a distance from their store which is why it surprises me that the food is always hot…
i don’t trust everyones wings so i wud never order them from a place several people whose food opinion i trust didn’t recommend.

This food here is so WACK. They have the dryest buffalo wings I ever tasted in my life… And their blue cheese what is it 1000 years old. YUCK I wouldnt never eat here again!
