Horrible! I ordered a large gluten free pizza because they advertise that they sell it. When I asked if they had it in stock they told me that they did have it, but it would could $ 15 instead of a regular large $ 7.50 pizza. I placed my order anyway. 20 minutes later they call back but this time they put the owner on the phone. He tells me that they do not have gluten free pizza in stock. By this time I was starving and I told him that I’d take a regular plain large pizza for $ 7.50 instead. He said they’ll throw in a free 2 litter bottle of soda for the inconvenience. When the delivery man showed up there was no free bottle of soda. And I was still charged $ 15 for the gluten free pizza. I complained to the delivery man but I was told to call the shop. I called back and was put on hold for 9 minutes after I stated that I had a complaint. When the owner finally got on the phone I explained that I was overcharged. He said«What’s the problem? You got your pizza» I said I paid double because I was charged for a gluten free pizza. He told me a driver would be out to compensate me the difference they owed me. But a driver never came out. I paid $ 15 dollars for crappy pizza. I’ll never order from here again. Obviously this is not how you run a business or treat customers. And stop advertising for gluten free pizza if you do not sell it

Wings are horrible and I’m highly disappointed in the last order I just had their food usually isn’t bad but I feel it’s declining. Wings were over cooked, and my steak my break was falling apart.

Maybe a 0.8, but really their pizza is weaker than David Spade in an NFL Uniform. I hate hate these types of off style pizza places all scattered throughout the NE. Bills is great for speedy delivery, good prices, and it’s probably really stone cold average at best for everything else.

As I live not too far from Bill’s, I’m a frequent customer(and I still get delivery). The pizza is pretty good. After a small soak-session with a napkin, your slice is good to go. The cheese is fairly tasty, and the sauce isn’t overly sweet or overpowering like commercial establishments. It ain’t too expensive, either– two large pizzas only cost about eleven bucks. It’s a great help that the counter’s nice too. A Small Rundown: 1. The pizza’s good, and great for a cold Friday night with some friends or family. 2. The number is easy to remember. 3. The curly fries taste great. Try a baked potato with butter too. 4. Delivery is usually on time; pickup is a quick job. 5. Service is friendly Deserves a 4.5.
