We stopped in here to take a breather from riding the off-on trolley around DC. This is a little eatery connected to a mall and the service was friendly as we rested in the air-conditioned seating area… and the turkey sandwich was good.

I went with my two kids, my youngest was eager to try a hoagie so we got him the classic italian and my oldest got a ham and lettuce(which was not on the menu) but the made it anyway which I thought was great! It was also very clean and reasonably priced, two half sandwiches and two drinks for only ten dollars! And The people where also very nice.

I was looking forward to a non grease fill sandwich so I opted for a deli sandwich. Bain’s Deli is lacking in the quality of their sandwiches. It’s not the product itself, but I received a 6″ sandwich with about an ounce of meat. Really? I wasn’t looking forward to a pound but a little more then an ounce. Their menu is hard to read. Avoid this place.

Best brand name in the not so ritsy Ritz. The prices for a sandwich are reasonable and the size is sufficient. The other guy is right though. No free pickle is a slight disappointment.

Wow! What a disappointment! This Bains Deli needs to be shut down. They have misleading information posted like«serving Sarcone’s rolls». When you order, they take it out of a plastic bag. When asked, they say the sign is no longer correct. The potato salad I got was spoiled. This location doesn’t give a free pickle slice. They advertise fountain soda and unsweetened tea, and they have neither. The entire experience was sub par. They need to remove the Bains name from this location, and fast.
