Never thought getting hearing aids would be an experience I’d write about. Well, here goes: after having 6 hearing tests in as many years and at different companies I discovered A.P.Mynders. It was at A P Mynders & Associates I received explanations that made me feel comfortable with the hearing aid process. Joel and Ted were very personable and knowledgeable.
If you’re in the process of determining where to buy as well as what type to purchase, trust Joel at A P Mynders. If I sound like a commercial, I don’t mean to, just sharing how one should go to right place to get the right service for correct hearing aids.

Dr. Mynders and his staff are wonderful. I took my 80 year old father for hearing aids. The experience was more than I expected from the very beginning. Sabrina was able to schedule us right away and is courteous and accommodating when scheduling our appointments. Dr. Mynders is professional, friendly, compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained each step of the process to my father and made him feel comfortable. This is something that I truly appreciate as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find providers that offer this type of experience. My father and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Myders. He is an exceptional doctor.

I went to the AP Mynders location in The Philadelphian on 2401 Pennsylvania Ave, Philadelphia PA 19 130, near the Art Museum. Joel is wonderful. He takes his time with each patient and makes you feel very special. He is extremely knowledgeable of current technology, and pros and cons of different brands and types. He suggested 2 different brands of hearing aids for my needs and did not try to sell me the most expensive hearing aid available, especially since most insurance do not cover hearing aids. He is very professional and follows up routinely to make sure everything is working well. I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting hearing aids. Ed G
