Bought a dryer vent cleaning from Groupon. They tried to upsell me to almost $ 500 in charges. They also charged my credit card AGAIN even after I paid for the service via Groupon. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Used these guys via LivingSocial.
They refused to do the service provided for unless we paid $ 150 cash for additional vent cleaning.
We refused many times and threatened them to leave. They finally complied and did the work they were supposed to. They asked for $ 45 cash for additional vents and told us not to tell their company.
This company and the 2 polish workers are terrible, unprofessional and rude.
Do not use them.

I hired these guys to clean out my clogged dryer vent. I have been experiencing problems with my dryer machine for a long time and I never thought the problem was a clogged vent. It literally took forever to dry a regular load of clothes.
These guys climbed up to my attic and disassembled my line. You can’t imagine how much stuff they took out of my vent…
Price was ok, technicians were nice and polite and my dryer works again. Definitely gonna hire them again.
