I am very pleased with the results from my Botox injection from Dr. Steele. Not only does she have the best price of anyone I researched but the results were noticeable in 24 hours and remarkable by 72 hours! I heard it can take up to 5 days to see the full results after the injections. Even though people swear they can’t tell I had it done (I think that’s a good thing!) I feel so much more confident. Dr. Steele explained exactly what she was going to do and why. I was able to make an informed decision about where and how much Botox would give me the results I wanted. I didn’t feel like she was trying to swindle me at all. This is not a groupon or living social sham, Dr. Steele is a real MD and I’m so glad I trusted her to do the job.

I really happy with the service I received at Rittenhouse laser! I made an appointment as a first time fraxel laser client and I came in for a consult with Wesley. He showed me pictures and we discussed what the treatment would involve jn detail. He gave me recommendations on how to treat my skin for the best results. I have medium to dark skin tone so I was very nervous going into this procedure, especially after seeing some scary Freddie Kreuger after photos on google! Wesley and Dr. Steele calmed my fears and were very reassuring. I felt like I was in competent hands through out the treatment and I am very happy with the results so far. My treatment was targeted towards shrinking large pores and acne scars. I highly recommend Wesley and Dr. Steele at Rittenhouse laser if you are interested in fraxel laser treatment. They will take great care of you.

Very efficient staff. Love the small business feel. We got a medical exam for immigration purposes, Dr Steele helped us get the cheapest deals on the vaccines that we needed. Quick. Their services match the prices of other offices, but with a more friendly atmosphere. Thank you Rittenhouse Laser for helping us so quickly!

So after my last post where I had just returned from my first visit I went one more time for laser hair removal. After waiting 2 weeks– the hair did not fall out. I contacted the doctor– expressing my concern but was told the same old ‘hair cycle’ story which is often told when the laser proves ineffective. I have had laser hair removal done plenty of times on different body parts to know what to expect. I asked for a solution– wanting to go back in to have it done again maybe at a higher strength so that it would be affective. But no such offer came. Its been over a month now. Needless to say I spent over $ 500 and am still shaving every other day.
Yes the ladies were both nice on both visits however, the follow up was quite different. If a customer is unsatisfied with results– I would expect it to be resolved rather than arguing back and forth. I offered to go in so that she could see how the hair has grown right back in every spot I paid for but that did not happen either. Not impressed.

Dr. Steele is wonderful. She is extremely easy to get in touch with and is very knowledgeable about the services and products she offers. Fantastic, flexible hours which is great for someone who works a lot and her prices are unbeatable. I was thrilled to find a doctor who offers effective laser hair removal at a reasonable price. She also really spends time with you and it is clear she values her client base. Great atmosphere/​waiting room complete with massage chairs. Also a note that she uses the ND: Yag which works on all skin types. I saw results even after just one treatment.

Dr. Steele is awesome and she knows how to do just about everything! I went in for laser hair removal and she did an excellent job. Does it feel good? No. But Dr. Steele uses a cooling glide system that makes the pain much more bearable. She is also extremely friendly and knowledgable about the various products and services she offers. I’ll be continuing my treatments and might try one of her other services once I’m hair free. Go see her, you’ll love the place.

Got a spray tan here and LOVED it! Dr. Steele herself applied the spray tan and was very professional and helpful (the process can be a little awkward as you are basically standing almost completely naked in front of a total stranger). The tan looked very natural although it really only lasted about 5 days (not the 7 to 10 days promised), but that is not Dr. Steele’s fault, just the reality of spray tanning. The office is very comfortable and the hours are great. Would definitely go back!

After debating between looking like a Jersey Shore groupie vs the Pilsbury dough boy with boobs, I decided to brave a spray tan and visit Dr. Steele’s lovely little clinic on s 16^th street. Dr. Steele’s assistant, who did the dirty work, was very lovely and professional. She made sure to cover all the nooks and crannies (ahem, ahem) and explained every one of my inane questions, from «Is this going to be cold?» to «I’m not going to look like Snooki, am i?».
After everything was done, Dr. Steel and her assistant made me PROMISE to come back if i found spotting or streaking — touch ups are free. I guess this is standard procedure for most spray-​tan salons, it was very nice of the good doctor to remind me.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Steele. By far the most professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring phycisians i have been to in my 40+ years. She is thorough with her explanations of services and very honest. This helps ease any anxieties you might have beforehand. She is not satisfied if the patient isn’t satisfied. She
stands by that too, unlike many other phycisians. The office is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I have found my one stop shop for sure!
