Horrible customer service. They advertise that they have a mobile unit yet they canceled appointments and then didn’t follow up. We finally got another appointment and they just plain didn’t show up or call back to let us know they weren’t coming.

I cannot say nice enough things about this company and their customer service & professional work. I had a broken crib frame that needed a spot weld and really didn’t know where to turn. I emailed AAA and got a very nice email back QUICKLY from Wendy, encouraging me to bring it in right away. I was a little wary of making the 30 minute drive into an industrial area of North Philly but I am SO glad I did. They fixed my frame while I waited, were super-​friendly and gave me a seat in the office, offered me tea or water, and the cost was shockingly low. Wendy carried the frame out to my car for me even though I was fully able (I’m pregnant, she said I wasn’t allowed). My frame is as good as new — perfectly fixed! These wonderful people saved me hundreds of dollars and did it all with a smile. Please note — they have moved!

Excellent customer aervice, quick turnaround, huge facility. I’ve gone in there over a dozen times with special requests for inhouse projects and they’ve always handled in a quick and professional manner.
They now remember me by name, the owner and his son are both usually on site and interactiong, and the actual welding staff show a level of professionalism you don’t usually expect to find in this industry.
Their services are highly recommended for both quality of work and overall experience (not to mention the great prices!).
