I found AAA Distributor online and picked out the GENEVA Cabinets. I went back and fourth with the Sales person MAX who is very patient! I change my floor plan several times and Max always emailed me the changes and pricing. Finally after 4 months I put the order in with Max for 25 Cabinets which totaled $ 6900.00 including $ 350 for assembly and $ 350 for shipping to Connecticut. The cabinets arrived within a week! I came in one night to see what they had. They have a nice selection of items that I don’t see in some of the larger chain stores, some of which are of very high quality. That’s why there are two stars instead of one. But the customer service was atrocious. These guys act like you’re inconveniencing them by stopping into their store, browsing their items, and asking for pricing. I don’t need or want someone to bend over backwards to earn my business. Here my experience was simply disrespectful. The prices were fair, but not exceptional. But I wouldn’t purchase anything here because of the disrespect. There is nothing special about this place to warrant patronizing it, so I bought the items for the remodel of my kitchen and three bedrooms elsewhere.

This place should have a «customers beware! Buy at your own risk» sign because they are not customer friendly and will take your money for THEIR mistakes. Knowing that something can go wrong with cabinets especially because of inaccurate measuring, you would think they’d be more accommodating. But they are not. They design their contracts to not lose money even if you are unhappy. My kitchen designer was very rude and arrogant when we needed something corrected. The attitude change happened after we paid. This place is all about how much they can get from people, and not about establishing positive customer relationships. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere if you want to be valued and satisfied.

I have mixed feelings for mixed reasons… I kind of fall in the middle… my issues were resolved and that made me happy but at the same time I wish it all happened differently… one thing that kind of upsets me is that once deals are done, or moves are being made with the customer everybody starts talking Russian or Ukrainian!!! I had some issues last week and everyone is right in front of me talking about me trying to resolve it but I just wish it was all being handled in English since I spoke English and they all speak English too… you speak your language off to the side in another room but if your talking to me, or about me, about an issue I’m having let’s all speak the same language… it was like I can only jump in the convo to explain when you say it’s ok hahaha… my kitchen is still being remodeled as I write this review and the products are beautiful and are really looking good in my House… I think the major issue ultimately is customer service and accountability are lacking! My recent issue was in regards to my countertop… it wasn’t clearly explained how they take the measurements so I measured according to how any normal person would(wall to sink, not wall to the middle of the sink)…gave those measurements and thought everything was great… get the countertop and it’s not cut the way it should be… the next person to help me gets the measurements correct after looking at my diagram the store made for my kitchen but unfortunately put the wrong color on my sheet by mistake… I get there, the person that made the 2nd mistake is now saying the original mistake with the countertop being cut wrong is my fault after she agreed with me that it was the 1st persons mistake for seemingly rushing or not listening to me when I was explaining it so that they could make sure it was correct the 1st time and after she realized that the color was wrong instead of apologizing for her mistake and reassuring it would be done right this time she tries to convince me that the wrong color would still look good in my kitchen… thank goodness the 2 other people were there to help me… the other guy showed her on my original receipt for my original counter color and he got it fixed and thank goodness for the other lady there that stepped up and said they should have looked at my kitchen diagram and matched those measurements to my measurements before finalizing everything… she shut it down and really stood up for me and I appreciated that greatly, because I was starting to feel bullied a little and also felt annoyed that now your going to change your story now that the person who made the original mistake is standing in front of you., After 2 attempts and 3 drives to the store it was all corrected… I’m just upset I had to pay the hefty delivery fee just to end up bringing the whole thing back to the store and having to pick up and take home the new counter after I already paid them to bring it to me… I paid for a convenience and still was inconvenienced… overall I’m still happy with the products I purchased… would I buy again or recommend them… maybe, but it would for sure come with some cautionary tales!

Wont buy from there again! After spending close to 1800.00 on cabinets I wanted to return the handles I purchased realizing I didn’t need them. I wanted to return the handles and use the store credit(they wont refund full value-25% restocking fee) for a more expensive item in the store. Even though I purchased a more expensive item, they still charged me a 25% restocking fee on the return item. Also, one of my cabinets was sized wrong and does not fit properly and the response I received was basically a shrug of the shoulder. My relative was going to buy cabinets there also after the holidays but NOTNOW. So I hope they enjoy there 10.00 restocking fee which is what it came to because they just cost themselves another $ 2,000.00 sale! Also, some of the reps are more concerned about going home than servicing their customers after I had to make several return trips which could have been avoided with a little better communication.

Terrible customer service. Called about an ad they had posted on craigslist. I asked if they had any left in stock and I was told they had several. I told the guy I was over an hour away and asked if there will be some left when I get there. He said yes no problem there are plenty. I drove over an hour to get to the store and was immediately told they did not have any. When I informed the guy that I called an hour ago and was told there are plenty he informed me they were out for over two weeks. The ad is still posted online advertising the same item. They scam you into coming down to their location so they can sell you something else. I will never shop there again and will make sure no one I know does either. If you see an ad for their company that seems like a great deal, don’t believe it, it’s just another scam.
