I had to go here after seeing their falafel omelet sandwich on «The Best Thing I Ever Ate.» I went twice — the first time I wasn’t UBER impressed, so I had to give it another shot. Even the second time, I wasn’t a huge fan of the sandwich. Was it good? Sure. Was it the best thing I ever ate? Hell no! I’ll probably get it again because the truck is around the corner from me and it was pretty tasty. But I guess I had high expectations after it was on the Food Network!

Three stars for fond memories, –2 for an uncertain future… In the past I have loved pretty much everything from this truck, falafel, biryani, etc. but now I am uncertain if I will go back. It just won’t be the same without the smiling proprietors!

Heard about this on the food network ‘best thing I ever ate’. Boy were they mistaken. I went during my lunch break and I tried the falafel omelet sandwich. Dry as ever! I’ve definitely had better. We also tried the gyro fat sandwich with the fries and mozzarella sticks inside. As you can expect, it was too greasy from the fried stuff. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a good lunch break or if you don’t want to feel nauseous coming back to work
