I’ve tried everything from the Nicotine gum, patches, smoking aids, and even over the counter prescription drugs — Nothing was working –I always had the urge one way or the other. I’ve heard of hypnosis, never really believed it but then again, I knew my options were limited and some friends of mine had great success, so why not me? After tons of research, I found 360 Hypnosis and contacted Geoff. Not only a pleasure to speak with, but he was positive he could help and that positivity went such a long way. I scheduled my first session, and then a few later, here I am — I am now proud to say– I am NON smoker
