Stopped in on a Friday afternoon and grabbed a single sunflower with greenery for my kid to give to her stepmother. The employees (not the owners) were kind and friendly. They were joking around with each other and helpful when asked about the flowers. We were served quickly and played happily with the shop kitties while we waited. The bill turned out to be less than $ 2.25 and I will definitely order from here in the future.

Any flower shop can have great flowers and make great bouquets. But what really makes a location truly unique, is their dedication to their business and their level of customer service.
The owners, Mike and his sister Sara Seeger have made this business a staple in the area to go to for flowers. They are kind and professional and dedicated to the community. I was sad to hear of Sara’s passing recently. She was a jewel in the community and committed to her customers.
Fife Flowers is more than a place to buy flowers, it’s a great spot to meet people who are not only dedicated to their craft, but genuine members of the area they work in. Thank you for being a great business and beyond that, great people!

I hired Fife Flowers for my Aug. 2012 wedding because I’ve met the owners before and really like them. However, I was disappointed with the level of service we experienced. From the beginning, their service seemed sloppy and unorganized. FOr example, my husband/​family and I scheduled a preview appointment with the manager months before the wedding. When we arrived to the shop on our scheduled appointment, we were greeted by another employee who told us the manager had another ‘engagement with the city to attend.’ This was disappointing and unexpected because we hadn’t received a phone call, email or anything.
Later, my in-​laws contacted the shop to make the final payment before the wedding. Upon reviewing the receipt, we realized that the owners had charged the wrong order (which was several hundred dollars) to our credit card?! We promptly contacted them, they apologized, and quickly changed reversed the charges.
On the day of the wedding, the flowers arrived beautifully. However, the bridal bouquet was quite flimsy and chunks of flowers kept falling off right before the ceremony.
Like I said, I know the owners and really like them as people, but I was surprised and disappointed with their level of service and professionalism. If I could go back, knowing what I know now, I would have thought twice before selecting them as my wedding florists.

My mom has been ordering my birthday flower bouquets from Fife Flowers for years and they are always beautiful! I love that they send premixed flower food/​water with every arrangement.
I was married last week and used them for all of my wedding flowers and everything turned out beautifully! I took in a picture of the bridal bouquet that I wanted during our consultation, but it turned out to be made with flowers that wouldn’t hold up well over the course of the day. I was also using my bouquets as the centerpieces at the dinner table, so they needed to last quite a while. Sara took a lot of time with me going over which flowers I liked that would work for my purpose and spent time getting a picture of how I wanted everything to turn out. I was absolutely thrilled on my wedding day!

Ordered from a photo on their website. When the person I sent flowers to posted a photo on their facebook I was mortified! Looked nothing like the online photo and looked like the person who put it together had no clue what they were doing. I will try and find the photo if it and post here. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Just ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend, who goes to school in Tacoma, over the phone. I live and study in Boston, and I figured getting a nice set of flowers and roses for her would be difficult, especially given the lateness of my order; I was wrong. I was on the phone with Sara, one of the owners, and she recommended the perfect bouquet and really cared about my specific order (which I didn’t expect as I’m sure she was on the phone all day dealing with orders for Valentine’s Day). Great shop, great flowers, great people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for flowers.

I never order from here anymore. They don’t follow through with the requested items in a timely manner. So disappointing since they are so close to my parents house. I will order from nearly anyone else to NOT get flowers from here. Surprised with the good reviews since I’ve never had anything but bad experiences here.

I was the happy, lucky recipient of an arrangement made by the artists at Fife Flower & Gifts. The bouquet was tasteful and beautiful. I’m not sure what more you could ask for. I’ll certainly use them for any of my needs in the future. Thank you!

I live in San Francisco and recently ordered a special floral arrangement from Fife to be delivered for my best friend’s birthday. I spoke with Mike and explained what I envisioned. He understood that it was an important occasion & WOW did he deliver! The flowers were exquisite, fresh and the arrangement was very artistic.
The person who delivered the flowers even called me to tell me they had been delivered. Great customer service! Mike chose a variety of flowers so that some have opened over the days since they were delivered. Fife is a special florist with the personal touch.

The people at Fife flowers have always been very kind when I shop there. They take care of any requests you may have for flower arrangements and do it with a smile. Their flowers are fresh and they provide you with plenty of plant food. They have also donated arrangements generously for the community.

Fife and Flowers delivers a personal touch and beautiful flowers. After a slight mix up, which could have easily been my fault, they immediately offered to take any steps I saw fit to fix the issue.
It was very refreshing to see a business treat their customers with such high regard. I could tell that the person on the other end of the phone really cared and wanted to make sure things were set straight. I was blown away.
Very impressive. I do not know why you would go elsewhere. I will certainly use Fife Flowers in the future.

i wish i had known the owners of this store were Unilocalers! i’d have mentioned Unilocal when i ordered a bouquet for my boyfriend’s mom when she was sick in the hospital.
they were awesome! took my order over the phone and had it delivered to her hospital room that afternoon.
his mother loved the flowers and they stayed in her house for nearly a whole week after she got back home.
