The customer service and food quality have really gone downhill the past couple months. I have even contacted sonic your corporate. I got a phone call the next day from a gentleman that said it would be taken care of and that he would do what he could about the situation. Nothing has changed and lately their card machine has not been working on the drive thru so they end up taking your card to different parking spots to try to swipe it to get it to go through. Today alone I witness the girl swipe trying to swipe it inside then trying to go to outside and then trying again. It turned out to be the manager and we asked her why they couldn’t tell us that that’s what they needed to do. Because in today’s date there is so much going on with fraud. That it is a little unsettling when you see your card swipe that many times in different locations without notice first. Her only statement when we asked to speak to her was our card machine is old and has been doing this for quite some time. I asked why it has not been replaced, And she had no answer. That is not managing that is reacting to a situation obviously this location need something by the means of an actual manager to fix the problems there. Also we have never heard back from the gentleman claiming to be the regional manager. It is very sad it used to be one of our favorite places, But it is hard to go and waste money when they can’t get it right.
