Not very good service. Was a walk in and the person in the showroom knew nothing about flooring and couldn’t even tell me pricing.

Estimate: We wanted to replace the carpet in our living room and downstairs hallway. Troy came to our home to give us an estimate. He brought padding samples and carpet samples based on our color choice. He explained the difference between the samples (carpet weight, quality, etc.).
Installation: The crew arrived on time and made sure to note that we have hard wood floors and were cautious when walking on it, etc. They repaired a small section of the sub floor and had me inspect it to make sure I was satisfied. They laid the new padding and carpet in our oddly shaped living room and made it seem easy. They swept and vacuumed when they were done.
Overall: I am very satisfied with the job the guys did! They were professional and genuinely nice guys.

It’s been 18 months since we purchased our flooring from Troy at Royal Floors, so I can speak to the quality after a considerable time. We were very satisfied with the price, the installation was done properly and with care, and a year and a half later things are holding up very well.
We had them replace the carpet and vinyl throughout our house — 1500 SF. I’m very comfortable recommending Royal Floors.

We set a tentative appointment for an in-​home flooring consultation/​quote with Rocky at the Reno Home Show. We never received a call confirming the date/​time nor did a representative show up.
**UPDATE**
Since posting to Unilocal,Rocky and the owner, Troy have both contacted us. Troy has come to our home to give us an estimate. The estimates so far seem fair and he is continuing to work with us through the decision making process. I cannot attest to their workmanship yet, however if we choose to use them I will come back and update this review again. So, for now I’m changing my 1 star to 3 stars.
