Of all the t-bells I come to this one is by far the best. The employees are always pleasant. The food is hot and comes out quickly.

So, this Taco Bell is always more delicious and hot than others. My only comment is that this franchise don’t carry the Chili Cheese Burrito (Chilito) which was a huge crowd favorite in the 90s-early 2000s. Would LOVE to hear if there are plans to bring it back. Same with the Baja sauce. Do they keep track how often these are asked for? Would they try bringing them back as a trial?

This Taco Bell is the worst. The employees are more concerned with gossip and yelling at each other than serving customers. Tonight an employee left a few times to go outside and spit. Disgusting. I ordered 5 items, they forgot to give me one, and the other was missing all ingredients. God, this Taco Bell is a joke. Paid for a nacho belle grande and all it had was cheese. good thing I spent $ 5 on that. Gonna pally up with corporate tomorrow. Maybe they will do something about it since the manager can’t.

I give this location two stars because the food was hot and fresh to the corporations standards. It took 25 minutes to place my order and receive my meal. How long does it take to throw some ingredients on a tortilla that’s sitting directly in front of you. I’m sorry, but I strongly oppose giving fast food workers a raise. They make a sufficient amount currently.

Excellent Taco Bell Drive thru! After a long day at work, I was so tired and hungry, I felt numb. All the energy I could muster up was to get myself through a drive thru for some fuel in the form of fast food.
The drive thru operator was one of the best I’ve experienced. He provided fast and friendly service, and you could hear his smile through the drive thru speaker… is that weird? Lol. Anyway, I’m not familiar with Taco Bell’s offerings but he was very patient and helpful in making sure I would get a meal that made me happy.
Fast and friendly drive thru that got my order right and lifted my spirits and my energy. Thanks Joe!

Just like the location on Woodward, it appears they are in a contest to see which location is able to put the least amount of cheese or tomato on a taco. I’m not sure who trained the workers that 4, yes 4, tiny red spots equals enough tomato to even qualify as having put tomato on the taco. It’s genius if your trying to save money as the franchise owner, it’s sucky though for us customers.
Same applies to the cheese. Not one taco had more than 7 shreds of cheeses. Wake up folks, make the food correctly or all the money spent on a remodel will never be recouped. At least I won’t be contributing.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations in the area. The only reason I’ve given it 2 stars is that most of the workers seem nice and go out of their way to apologize and understand my frustration. For one, they charge $ 5.39 for the $ 5.00 box. I understand the reason is that they are a franchise not a company store.
They also do not offer any non-carbonated drinks (besides water) that are not packed with sugar or some sugar substitute. All of the company owned Taco Bell’s offer real brewed iced tea. Not the chemical concoction that comes from the fountain pretending to be tea.
Lastly, the food quality has really went down hill since the Yum Group (a Chinese based corporation) bought the «Bells» several years ago (also includes pizza hut and KFC as well). They are also the ones responsible for introducing «pink slime» to the meat. (otherwise discarded parts of the beef used as filler and processed with ammonia to kill the bacteria). YUMMY!

They almost always get my order wrong here and at the woodward location nearby. They open at 10am, but they don’t have anything ready. Gotta wait 20 minutes for that. The employees park close to the door, taking up all the good parking spots. I swear i was the ONLY person in the dining room and there were 4 vehicles parked right infront of the door. I avoid taco bell ground beef because they still put trans fat in there which is not good in any quantities. Not enough employees were there last time. The drive thrue lady handled the front counter and the drive through. The manager made the food. They’re too cheap to pay to send in the employees in at 9am.

This review is more or less in regards to customer service, since all Taco Bell food basically tastes the same. Anyway, these employees are always on point and super friendly, especially the ones on shift at around midnight when I am rolling through for Fourthmeal. I’ve been trying to avoid fast food altogether but sometimes you just need a chicken soft taco, and this Taco Bell delivers.

Although not open very late and
Conveniently located in Fabulous Ferndale next to
Oak Park, where I live.
Better than most Taco Bell’s that I’ve visited
Especially the one on Woodward Avenue.
Let’s ring the Taco Bell!
