Sure they may have the best prices in town but don’t be expecting any refund if you over paid. They are a joke. Every time I call to ask about my refund, they tell me that it’s up to the «owners» and that a «check is in the mail». God forbid you pay a day late… they start tracking you down for money like you wouldn’t believe. NEVER going back there again. Such horrible service EVERY time. Note to the employees: I found hate your job that much, quit. If you don’t hate your job, try being a little nicer.

We just drove all over whatcom county looking for a storage unit and ended up getting one out in the ferndale area for more than half as much as it would cost anywhere in bellingham. To top it off, the service was great! The owner was very helpful and even gave us a free lock for the unit. Better hours, better prices, easy access, and super nice. It was well worth checking it out!
