The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The last 3 times I’ve been there (not including the times my husband or mother in law went and had a horrible experience) the service was HORRIBLE! Employees grunt at you, have attitude’s, and barley talk to customers. This place needs to seriously be remanaged. If I’m in the area and want McDonalds I leave and go to the one in Ferndale or the one on SIX MILE! In a way worse area just because their service isn’t horrible. I will never come here again, even if it’s out of my way to go to a different one.

Terrible service. They charged me for the wrong order then when I corrected them they were mad and acted like it was my fault. Took 15 min for them to figure out how to fix it. By the time I got my food it was cold. Terrible place never again, I have this place a shot being in Detroit and close to home however now I could care less. With poor attitudes who would want to eat there.

With this new location I can only hope that they bulldoze the Woodward location and put up a Del Taco. This Mc D’s drive-​thru is far superior to the other Ferndale locale and it’s right next to Starbucks if you need a better cup of joe with your breaky.
