They don’t even deserve 1 star. These disgusting, neanderthal, redneck pigs promote animal torture at Ferndale High by taking part in Donkey Basketball! I will NEVER buy a product from this company, nor will my friends and family!

The service here is always so great! Helpful and considerate employees jump to assist and always seem to be thinking of your best interest! Anytime I can stop here and they will fill the air in my tires, check my oil all free of charge!

I bought new wheels, tires, and air shocks for my classic car. They walked me through options and were very helpful. I am very pleased with the result. I usually go to the Bellingham one on Meridian and liked the service but the Ferndale one was even better. Thanks to the store manager for all the attention to details for my classic car.

I’ve been too this location four times.
First time: Was ok. Then things got worse.
Second time: the Manger brow beat me, and was strait rude that I brought in wheels and tire that I did not buy from them.(even tho I brought business to them)
Third time: Same thing. (You would think they would be happy with my quick $ 350) Nope. But they did do the mount and balance.
Four time: The Manger walked out to the parking lot, look at me and told me to «get my Internet crap out of there». Wow! (18″ Boss Wheels & Hankook Z rated tire are crap now)
I’m sorry if I buy my wheels and tires from different vendor. I like to get what I want.
Aren’t they not a wheel and tire shop? If yes. Then mount and balance my wheels. Take my money, and keep a customer. But that is not the case.
Right after I left I went to Les Schwab on Meridian. They gladly took my money with a smile on there face. So I will keep bringing my seven vehicles to Meridian Les Schwab. Even tho the Ferndale location, is three min away from my house. I won’t be back to the Ferndale location.

I had the worst service at this Les Schwab.
They promised that the tire was on sale for 15 $ off, but then charged me the full price. When I looked up the 150 $ tire they sold me later, it was overpriced by about 45 $. Furthermore, the tire was specifically made for Les Schwab and was not considered the «high quality» tire that Mr. Schwab was insisting.
I had a flat tire, and Schwab had me in a corner, but I will never go back to Les Schwab again. Their tires are incredibly overpriced, and they are dishonest.
