What you expect of these stores, good deals on some items… thought the Bellingham one is much nicer and bigger.

I didn’t like the DOL area. The lady with the brown hair had bad customer service. I had an out of state registration on my car my husbands and the fact that the title said rebuilt. She didn’t take the time to explain why I can’t get it registered to WA. She said that I have to go through inspection. Who wants to go through inspection after already doing it in another state? Especially in order for me to get my car inspected is a 3 month wait and that you only have 30 days till the day you moved to register it. So I have to also call the police department to tell them that I’m on waiting for an inspection. I got irritated so I called the inspection agency and they told me that I didn’t have to go through the inspection since it was already inspected and that I wasn’t the only one that asked that question from this store. They need to get their stuff straightened up bc it wastes gas, time and patience. I love helping customers and I was really bummed with their customer service. Hopefully you read this so it saves you a headache. After this problem the inspection agency told me just to go to the court house in bellingham to get it done and I got both of the cars registered within 30 minutes.
