Ace Hardware

I came into the Ferndale Ace to make a few purchases. I had a question as to which product I should get. Customer Service was called, and a nice young man came to our call. Unfortunately, he was unable to answer our question. He was nice, professional, and courteous, but unable to help. We thanked him then headed for the exit to get our product elsewhere.
On the way out, I paused to get a small bag of courtesy popcorn. I was immediately yelled at by the cashier. She stopped ringing up a customer in order to yell at me for having a courtesy bag of corn that at most cost .05 cent bag! I came to the store with every intention of purchasing something at Ace. I chose Ace specifically that day to make my purchase.
I am sorry to have caused so much anger just for trying to purchase something at your store. I assure you it will NOT happen again.

These guys went way out of their way to help me when I stopped in. Awesome customer service and honestly a good staff. This is the place to go in Friday Harbor.

EXCELLENT customer service. Always have what I need at a fair price. And it sure is nice not having to hike/​hunt through a mega-​box store, only to walk away exhausted & empty-​handed.

Every time I go into this store I am extremely impressed with the service! And they seem to have what I need at good prices and the little freebies are nice.
