After submitting my prior review, I received a call the next morning from the branch manager for Lee and Cates glass in Fernandina. He apologized for my experience and explained that they have two different people working for them in Fernandina with the same first name which contributed to the situation. He promised to go by and look at my glass sliding doors himself to see if they could be repaired. He called me and said that he thought that they could be repaired and he had them repaired in a timely manner. I do believe that management thinks that customer service is important as they responded so quickly to my frustration with my experience.
