We contacted king plumbing to install a tankless water heater we had purchased through another company. They talked us into going with a unit that they sell instead. First they removed our old water heater and in the process sprayed rusty water everywhere ruining several items. While one of the technicians was installing the new unit my husband noticed it was the wrong one(a lesser model). The technician apologized for his mistake and brought the correct one from the truck. A while later, when my husband went back to check on progress, he noticed that the technician was once again installing the original wrong unit. Also during installation the technicians accidentally put large holes in two different interior walls. They apologized and said they would be back on a certain day to fix their mistake even making sure we had touch up paint. When the workers never showed my husband had to make several calls before they showed up a week and a half later. The patch job they did on the holes was so bad my husband ended up redoing it all himself.

So I’m washing the dishes last night — yeah guys can wash dishes– when I notice the water is no longer draining away. And it’s brown, greasy water filling both sides of the sink. This is a rental house and I’ve only been here since September, and this has already happened once before, and I don’t deserve this suffering. Besides doing dishes I somewhat handy so I knew what had happened and where the problem was in the drain under the house. But did I mention this is a rental? I don’t have to crawl under the house and fix it myself — I just call the property manager. –Cool. So the next morning I get a visit from Rusty of King’s Plumbing. This is a man on a mission. A quick check of the sink with brown water, plunger, and Drano. Open the sink cabinet below, out comes all the cleaning junk we keep under there, out comes the plastic screw fit drain pipes, all the nasty drain water goes into a handy bucket, and the drain snake is spinning down the drain pipe in no time. 10 minutes later –after a short lecture on keeping a bottle of «Liquid Fire» from Ace Hardware on hand– the sink was back together, everything cleaned up, and the drains clean and clear. And Rusty was gone in a cloud of dust and a hearty«Hi Ho Silver»… Or something like that. So, thanks to Rusty of King’s Plumbing(with the 4 king playing cards on the truck) I can now go back to washing dishes. Yippee!
