Thank you for saving our wedding! We were in Fernandina for our wedding and three hours before the service we discovered that we left the groom’s wedding outfit in South Carolina. They found him the perfect outfit and steamed it so he could show up and marry me. Wow! Talk about customer service. He was in a complete panic when he left the beach house and returned smiling and ready for our big moment. I can’t thank you all enough!

This Jo’s. A. Banks location is so much more calm and peaceful than other locations I have visited in the past, and has the full collection available on shelves. If your size is unavailable it can be ordered & delivered within 3⁄5 days(often arriving within 2). I met a young gentleman known as Gage who assisted me tremendously. I cannot thank him enough for his support and encouragement during the decision making process! I also met the manager Jim Fleming who was immaculately dressed in trendy mixes. The entire staff was interesting and delightful, making for a great experience. I look forward to returning w hubby for his fittings and suit choice now that I’ve done all the preliminary work of choosing new work khakis and Polos — I’m sure Gage & James can handle the hubby with the suit experience– I can sit back with coffee and supervise! I loyal customer in me they have found! I hope you enjoy as much as I have!

I came to this location while on business in the Yulee area. I was staying very close in the Hampton Inn and really needed some tailoring done quickly. I called this location and although they normally only alter suits purchased in the store, they agreed to take me. That was the generous decision of the manager, Marcus. Despite the fact that they have a standard 2 week turnaround, they had my slacks ready the same day! Impressive! So why the 3 star review? I’m just completely unimpressed with the suit and clothing selection. The suits seemed relatively cheap and outdated. The sport coats are the kind you’d see on broke retirees at the race track.(It doesn’t matter if a jacket is on sale for $ 69 if you look like $ 69 while you’re wearing it.) I understand that they constantly run sales and that’s the way they operate, but I’ve seen better suits at other locations. Maybe it’s just the market here in Yulee. Oh well.
