Very good and very well priced. I’m based out of Chicago, and I always stop here to eat. I highly recommend the Grilled Chicken Salad. Simple but delicious with the salsa on top. Polite staff and the 3 times I’ve been here before, the food took less than 20 minutes. Beer looks cheap also, so that’s a plus. Thanks!

Great food and great service. This has become my wife’s favorite restaurant. Their menu has some different items than the normal Mexican restaurant. The selection is a nice change.

Just in town for the night on business and decided to stop for takeout per previous Unilocal reviews. Great food and great service! Portions were very generous, pricing was very acceptable and food was brought out for takeout within 10 minutes. Highly recommend the Pollo Charro!

WOOHOO literally! Finally a place you can call true Mexican in Southern Indiana! Put it this way… I eat here WAY too much! Not only is the food excellent, plated well and served true to Mexican style cooking(by this I don’t mean processed cheese sauces over everything, flour tortillas with fajitas, etc) but the service is friendly, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is served quickly regardless of how full the restaurant is. Although the menu is extensive, pay special attention to the specials menus on on the table. Not only are they unique but they’re also a very healthy option with grilled meats, fishes, veggies and THE best white Mexican rice I’ve ever had! I would also like to comment on the outstanding flavor of their chorizo! Any dish you get flavored with it will make you stop and savor! I highly highly recommend this place. It’s worth the drive from any nearby town. Don’t even bother trying the other local«Mexican» restaurants. This is the only restaurant worthy of serving true Mexican food! YUM!!! Know before you go: Great lunch specials served quickly, even for those of you that only get 30 minute lunches like myself.

Nice place, great food. This was our first time here but not our last. I really like the big menu with lots of choices. What I really liked was the fact that there were several dinner options that included steak, chicken AND shrimp. I had the quesadilla grande which had all three. It was excellent! My husband had the Chimichanga with all three meats. The margarita’s were really good also. Not heavy on the mix. Good service! Overall very pleased.
