Nice setting. BUT, Very disappointed. Went October 9th– service was terrible. Food was decent but not a 4 – 5 star. Food cold with serving. Server was definitely inattentive and actually a bit condescending. May give it a chance again in the future. Maybe not …

Went during a time when they had a price fixed menu, and it was outstanding… as was the wine list and the service… also enjoy the happy hour there. I recommend this restaurant heartily and we shall return!

Very impressed with themselves! Food ok. Claim to have the best crabcake. A B+ at best. Hands down best crab cake is Koko’s in baltimore. My standard by which all crabcake are measured! The best flan ever.

Great food; attentive and knowledgeable service(Thanks Cathy!); and a nice atmosphere. Our group of 7(including 4 kids) had an excellent dinner. We will definitely come back.

Great service and my two favs; clean beach cottage look and quality of cuisine. I just hope they can keep it going. I’ll always be visiting this little quaint restaurant.

We usually dine here are first night of vacation. We are rarely disappointed. Seafood is fresh, steaks are delicious, and service is stellar. Family loves the chowdah but it is a huge portion! Last night Mike waited on us and his service was the Best… His special recommendations were on point… We even got an early bird special discount! I guess there is a first time for everything…

An excellent meal! My wife had the pork prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and I had the 2 crab cake dinner. Both tasted awesome. I also had the scallop apetizer in a sweet type of soy sauce with snap peas. No complaints. We didn’t have reservations, but they were able to seat us within 5 min of arriving. I wouldn’t recommend trying this but make reservations ahead of time as this is a very busy restaurant. Service was slow but the meal made up for it. Highly recommend.

We went here for happy hour. Nice choices, Good prices, interesting mix of people, difficult parking. Upon a valued recommendation(from my Mom!) I got the Tenderloin and Brie Paninni «Grilled bistro tenderloin, sherried mushrooms and onions, and french brie» came with chips at a great price. Umm WOW… it was delish. Couldn’t finish it and it reheated for lunch like a dream. Quirky atmosphere. Server was pleasant but a little terse & «know it all» But maybe he was having a bad day. Bar Tables were small and the chairs not too comfy, I guess next time we’ll sit at the bar. That looked like fun! Get here early, pray for a parking space, and check out this gem in the heart of Fenwick Island!

Nantuckets came to our rescue after calling several restaurants on a sat night to be told there was an hour and 30min+ waits. We told them we could be there in 15min and they were able to hold a table for us. The atmosphere is nautical, cape may beach house with a slight fancier flare. Dishes were overpriced and the food was okay. I ended up getting the lobster mac and cheese and my boyfriend the salmon salad. Def would go again, but next time will try different dishes.

Dropped into the bar area with a group a guys after golfing. Everyone enjoyed their meals(ranging from more standard bar fare to the dining room entrees & house specials), the service was quick, and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

First time back in about 3 years. The chowder which used to be their signature dish was thin watery and filled with flakes of green herb. Two in our party ordered the rockfish which turned out to be dry and tasteless. I had the crab cake entrée which was supposed to be Delaware’s best in 2014. They were dry and one of them had fallen apart on the plate but was served anyhow. The broccoli was served thin, stringy and it was cold. The bread was a doughy roll that was apparently bought from the supermarket. Our server seemed to be in a hurry to do something else even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Used to be a good restaurant too bad it has changed I won’t be back.

The atmosphere was lively and a crowded. There was very little room to wait for a table. This would be fine in the summer because you could wait outside. We dined in the spring and it was too cold to wait outside. We made reservations, but it took 30 minutes to seat us. The service was really poor across the board– hostess to waitress. I’m giving this 3 stars because the food was very tasty. The menu had a lot of yummy options. Overall, the food was pricey, but worth it. It’s a shame the service was not as good as the food. I expected more from this restaurant.

«Nice place to eat, Dreadful trying to park your car» Atmosphere is a little off and weird for my liking. It’s like stepping back into the past when you walk in here very old worldy vibe. Really good waiters/waitresses and decent food. A little expensive for what it is but it’s ok. Portions are on the small side so savour every bite and chew well so you are satiated! I had the steak and rice with steamed broccoli. I’m not really a fan of steamed veg as there really is not much flavour for me, I would much rather have sauteed. Also the rice or potato choices are really plain tasting. I like a bit more zest and seasoning in my food. We have been here 4 – 5 times as my wife does enjoy but I am not a huge fan. The worst part is trying to find parking in season it is a nightmare!

Great place to hang out at the bar and grab lunch or dinner. The décor is something you’d expect from a place called Nantucket. I’m no expert in seafood but I do know a thing or two about crab cakes. The crab no cake is what it’s called and lives up to its name! Also there was this pasta I ate that was buttery deliciousness. I would think if I lived in Maine, this place would be there. Service is always great and almost all their food here is good. The Good: — crab no cakes, pastas — great service, nice bar The Bad: — long waiting time during dinner but you can go to the bar to wait The Ugly: — nothing ugly about this place. A sure go to spot for happy hour and good ol grubbing

Delicious. I had crab cakes and my husband had filet mignon. Great chowder to start. Scallops with sweet chili glaze too. Very good. Wine well priced. Lovely dining room. Rob, the waiter is charming and knowledgeable. Even veg sides were well prepared. Great yeast rolls too. Other diners seemed happy. Mostly an adult crowd.

So good that I had to return the following day for dinner. Last night’s lobster shepherd’s pie was wonderful. Tonight I had the vegetable crab soup and the lobster arugula salad and let me tell you the salad is a perfect blend of lobster, red onion, chèvre, and arugula with a lemon vinaigrette that holds it all together without overwhelming. I may be here again tomorrow!

We were seated in a separate room that was very romantic. Fresh flowers and an nice lamp on the table. The service was very good and my wife and I enjoyed our meals(Shrimp ka bobs for her Crab cakes for me) I am told the soft shell crab is excellent there… when we go back, next year. that is what I will get. Great place and for the time we were at the beach… our TOPRESTAURANT!

Love this place. Go and ask to be in Susie’s section. Then eat the soft shell crabs. So good. This is one of the few spots that take reservations, so go ahead, stay on the beach late, show up and enjoy yourself. Maybe come early and have a cocktail on the bar next door or better yet stay late and have a night cap

Our dinner was delightful! We had the scallops appetizer which is chef’s choice. Ours was a take on the BLT with seared scallops, cross cut bacon, and heirloom tomatoes. We shared the field of greens salad and the summer gazpacho. The salad had maple vinaigrette and Stilton cheese. Wow! It was a wonderful combination. The crab cake entrée was phenomenal. They were made of fresh lump crab and very little else! We also had the fillet mignon which had a delicious crust of cheese and herbs with a berry sauce. We will definitely go back again and again.

During my visit to NR, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of service. This restaurant is located on the main drag, in the Ocean City, MD area… just across the DE state line. I ordered the lamb with veggies/potatoes, and a domestic beer. The quality of the meat was very good. The lamb was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the veggies were fresh and well prepared. This is a premier eatery in the OC area. The setting and interior is classic, clean, and beautiful. There’s a classy dining area, and a large vintage bar, with additional tables in the bar area. Though I didn’t partake, the drink menu is vast and caters to the discerning lover of the grape… I strongly suggest dining here, especially if you’re treating your spouse/lover… Very classy, romantic location… but, is still casual enough for a business celebratory dinner, or scotch tasting… Solid four-star spot!
