Honestly, I have never been to this shop (however, I would love to check it out some day in person). I have bought most of my cross stitch supplies, including charts, fabric, and fibers, through this store either on the Internet or by phone. Deb is absolutely the best. The way she describes a chart or fabric to you is always right on the money. Their prices are also very reasonable.
