Spectrum Cleaning and Restoration

I have had many dealings with service companies in my 28 yrs of owning a business and find Spectrum to be by far the most unprofessional not untrustworthy using unethical tactics. The technician lied through his teeth to try and save his own ass, thank god I have an innocent bystander that witnessed it all. There are many companies to to choose from but this is definitely not one to recommend —

We had them come in for really bad stains which we realistically knew would not come out. But, being a cleaning company you can try right? They came in looked at the stains, tried one thing and just left with their $$$. We had other cleaners come in who could not get the stains out either however, they tried so many things!

Just had the carpets and three sofas cleaned. Fabulous job. Timing was for an 8:30 a.m. arrival, and it was spot-​on.
I took advantage of the current special: three rooms and a hallway for $ 129. Then added from there.
We reviewed the carpets and furniture to be cleaned. I opted for the special protection on the carpets and the sofas.
There are about three or four different processes they go through to clean. I stayed out of their way, but it was pretty fascinating to watch.
I had numerous pet stains and «other living» stains that they got out with pretreatment.
The carpet was dry in six hours without that lingering chemical odor. They use green, nontoxic, water-​based cleaning products.
And everything looks like new!
