This review is based upon my experience at the pharmacy on 10÷7÷13. I pulled up behind 2 other cars at 5:55 pm. We weren’t moving, period. I did notice that both cars ahead of me pulled away without getting their med about 10 and 15 min apart. I was sick and feeling terrible, so I really couldn’t go inside to see what was going on, and I desperately needed my medication. Finally, at 6:20 pm I pulled up to the window — unbelievable! However, they still didn’t wait on me and I sat and I sat and I sat. When the clerk finally appeared, he told me that he had a long line of people inside and it would be at least 20 min before he could get to me. I told him I’d already been in line out there for almost half an hour. He shrugged and obviously could not have cared less and said he was by himself. Ok, that’s not his fault but clearly he was not alternating between the inside customers and the drive through. Also, they couldn’t find someone else to work a cash register or come outside and talk to people who’d been sitting there? I wonder if he had even tried to get help or inform the manager. I sat and watched while he literally helped people who were just walking up. I had no way of getting his attention, nor did I want to park my car and run in there screaming like a lunatic(remember, I was sick), so I sat there in awe that this was actually happening. At one point he made eye contact with me and after helping two more walk ups inside, he FINALLY came over to my car at 6:45 pm — I’d been in that drive through just under an hour. I was so angry I could barely get my name and DOB out! He acted like no big deal and at the very end he said a no where near sincere, «Sorry for your wait». No you weren’t! I transferred all my scripts to Target right down the parking lot and will do my grocery shopping there as well. There is just no excuse for this complete lack of customer service. I’m sure he was just hoping all the drive through customers would leave, which actually happened with the 2 cars originally ahead of me. Goodbye SNS!

It has been awhile since living in a state that has a shop-n-save…so I was anxious to visit this old stand-by and I was not disappointed. They have pretty decent prices and deals. This is not an upscale grocery nor does it try to be. They have nice selection in the deli and that is the first thing you see when you walk in the door which is a little unusual but hey how nice is that if you just want bread and meat… it is all right there…
