Great service.
I have a Pandora bracelet, and my husband tried to put a new charm on it, and it broke. He ran up to their store to see if it could be repaired before I found out so that I wouldn’t be disappointed, and they replaced it on the spot! No questions asked. They said Pandora warranties them and they gave him a new one. He came clean, because he wanted to tell me how impressed he was so I could put a Unilocal review out there! lol
When we’ve gone there for charms, their staff are very nice and knowledgeable about the Pandora collection, and they have a large selection of the Pandora jewelry, too.
So they made a great impression, and we’ll think of them first in the future for sure! Thanks!
