Martin-​Jetco and Doug Gill are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I recently had the pleasure of working with this company for warranty work after a previous contractor failed to correct a problem with my York Heat Pump system. After speaking with York, I was promptly contacted by Doug Gill to fix my problem. Doug was amazing! Not only did he explain what the issue was, he took the time to show me what he did to correct the problem and the proper preventive maintenance for the future. I look forward to working with Martin-​Jetco in the future and will be referring all my family and friends, Thank you for your service!

Horrible customer satisfaction
After unit was installed the tech dropped some caulking in the drain and it flooded ¼ of the basement costing about what the unit cost us. They didn’t know and installed a thermostat that wasn’t for a heat pump, then a year later they told me when something else wasn’t working so that’s only another$ 198. The next time out they said well the didn’t run the extra wires needed to run a heat pump. Then the heat stuck on and in jan it was over 100 degrees. Now it’s out of warantee they said it needs a txv and then new freon for $ 1200. Not even 6 years, so I called another company and they said yes txv and freon. They are doing it for $ 400

Heating and Air Conditioning are things we all need to keep ourselves comfortable in this miserable Missouri weather. To keep my heating & cooling equipment in tip top condition, I use Martin — Jetco.
I started out using M-​J for my seasonal check-​ups and when it was time to upgrade my system it was almost a no brainer. Even though I knew the end result, I still got other bids for both new heating and air conditioning. I was right, Martin — Jetco beat everyone hands down.
I love my new system, I’ve experienced both seasons and have been both toasty warm and chilly cool. Of course I have them come prior to every cooling/​heating season to make sure everything is performing at its best.
