I’ve been having my carpets cleaned for years and years and years. Over that time I’ve had many different companies do the work, a couple of them more than once. It was always OK, but was never what I considered a GREAT job, worthy of recommending to a friend. No longer.
Frey came out yesterday and did the best work I’ve ever had done. They pretreated and spotted (we have a dog). They spent extra time on spotted areas to make sure they came clean. They moved chairs and tables. They were polite and professional. The carpet doesn’t look new (because it’s not), but it is the best it has looked in a long, long time. I will be calling them again.
