Customer service is underwhelming here. Called to see if I could set an appt. to check my tires as I had a low pressure warning. Was told it could take several hours as they don’t take appts. on Sunday. No apologies, no empathy, nothing. Almost seemed like I was wasting Clint’s time by even calling. Don’t they realize that simple jobs can often turn into more complicated ones($$$$$)? I’ll be going elsewhere tomorrow to have it looked at.

First of all, I should know better than go to a place most have nicknamed«Robbs.» I made an appointment for a front end alignment and after getting a shuttle to work, I remembered I wanted them to check out a five second squeak that comes from my engine when I first start it up. So, I called and asked if they could look at it for me. The guy was super nice about it and said they will look into it. After getting a call that they’re done and the squeak was nothing, belts were fine with no cracks, I depart to pick up my newly aligned car. Upon arrival, I am welcomed to an extra $ 40 charge to check out said squeak. FORTYFLIPPINGDOLLARS to have them tell me nothing is wrong! Also, why didn’t he tell me on the phone that it would cost me $ 40 to check that out? I most certainly would have skipped that! I told the girl checking me out that they should be WAY clearer about their prices! But, of course, got no response from her. I know it may just be $ 40, but it’s the principle… Moral of the story, stick with a reputable, local technician and stay away from chains! They are NEVER a good idea unless you’re getting a wiper fluid top-off.

A quick lube here is 2 hours! Don’t expect an apology for your long wait. or any forewarning they wait will be long. Expect to have to inquire about the long wait and get a defensive response. Seriously worst service ever!

Avoid this dobbs at all possible costs. Took my car in for tire issue light. Waiting an hour and a half only to find out they couldn’t find anything wrong and filled it with air. And then today I got out from work to find a flat. They didn’t check a thing I’m sure. Slow, rude, and incompetent.
