Controlled Temperature Heating & Cooling

When my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night I left a message on Controlled Temperature’s machine and within 5 minutes he called me back to set up an appointment for later in the morning (my condo was staying somewhat cold so it wasn’t an emergency). John showed up right on time, was professional and very knowledgable. He had my furnace back up and running in 30 minutes and explained everything that had gone wrong. Will call again in a heartbeat if/​when I have more hvac issues.
Edit: He also immediately took off his shoes when he came in. Having just had remodeling done, I have come to discover that most contractors don’t care at all about your floors and his doing this got the service call off on the right foot.

Terrible customer service. Called to see if they carried a part, they couldn’t tell me if they carried it and wouldn’t find out if they carried it. Then asked me what part of town I was in and responded by saying he couldn’t help me. Just close on Saturdays if you are so unwilling to provide your service to customers.
