food was not warm at all. music was way too loud, couldn’t even talk to the person next to me. wing sauce tasted funky. would not visit this establishment again. #BIRTHDAYRUINED

No wonder there are one and two star ratings across the board for this place. My husband and I went here on a Saturday evening, order about $ 60.00 worth of overpriced mediocre food, and both of us got very sick about 12 hours later. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip, wings, a burger and a wrap, all of which were luke warm by the time they reached our table. They got my wrap order wrong, and had to remake it, and somehow the food was still luke warm the second time around. The artichoke dip and the wings were the only thing we shared, so I am assuming that was the culprit. After I was able to get out of bed over a day later, I did call the owner to make him aware. What was I told? Store Manager,“Oh that sounds like the Rotavirus going around, so sorry for you, but there is nothing we can do.” I guess I could believe that if that virus didn’t last for an average of 8 days, and here I am 48 hours later recovering. I have had a food borne illness before, and let me assure you sir, your establishment gave me one. I will never be returning to this place again, and I’m honestly surprised this location is still open with all of the bad reviews. Lesson learned.

Normally BWW is a sure thing. Easy, fast, consistent. Been at this location twice and it is just off somehow. Staff is nice but wings were underseasoned, fries a little underdone. Not enough to complain just not right. Also place was freezing cold and after 15 minutes of watching all the staff who were obviously cold also the manager arrived and we were told he was checking thermostat. Guess the staff aren’t allowed to do that.

We had a horrible experience Saturday. Slow drink refills, disgusting bathroom, food not made as asked(no tomatoes), no dips with wings for at least 10 minutes, and a nearly rock solid boneless wing. Oh and I don’t think any staff cared. One star because the appetizer was ok.

Slowest. Service. Ever. Almost an hour waiting for our food, then our order was wrong anyways. The manager was quick to correct it and have it remade, making the long wait that much more annoying. Took at least 30 minutes to get our check. Our server kept«forgetting» about what we asked for(refills, napkins, the check). I’m not one to complain about it service usually, but this was a bit much for even me.

Dined last night, July 22, with the family. Everyone enjoyed the food, it wasn’t over the top or terrible, it was good. Service was pretty good. However I’ve noticed a growing trend when paying cash at food establishments. When receiving the different between what I owe and what I hand over, more and more often I am handed the bills with no change. Hence the 2 star rating from what could have been a 3 star. Cost was $ 44 and change, I collected an even $ 10 with my $ 55($ 35 in gift cards). The reason I pay cash, the server can claim whatever on her end for the tip, the business won’t have credit card costs, and it protects me on any credit card fraud. Yet I wasn’t shown the respect for my cash transaction! At no time did I indicate I wasn’t interested in the change or that it was a burden on my person to carry said change. As minimal as it is, it is not the place of a server to determine whether I am entitled to my difference in the payment. Quarters are often used for parking meters, so give me my change. I graciously let it slide in favor of the server as minimal as it is, given this review would alert others to these unethical business practices! Seriously, pay me the difference, let me decide what to do with my change. Otherwise, I will not return to your establishment regardless of how awesome food may be.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings so I wish they would close this one. It’s terrible every time and always has been. Just now I walked in with no one to greet me which doesn’t matter because I was going to the bar anyway to pick up a to go order. The bar was completely empty and the bartender told me to «hang on a second» which I was already doing but thanks for trying to be polite I guess. Wouldn’t have bothered me except when she came back from checking on my to go order she told me she couldn’t ring me out at the bar(where I was standing) but that they could only ring me out at the front(where I walked past and no one was) and that’s complete crap. And honestly I always pick up at the bar because I like to have w beer while I wait. Thanks for offering«bartender». This place sucks. Please close it or get a manager that can fix it. I’m worried to even look at the food too after last time.

Went here with my dad on a Monday night. It was very empty. Sat down and our drink order was taken, took like 10 minutes just to bring our drinks. We ordered my dad got wings and I got the fish tacos, we sat waiting and waiting. Like 25 minutes go by we were getting irritated at this point and our waitress comes to our table and says«oh I totally forgot about you guys, I forgot to put your order through to the cooks» I was ready to leave but my dad insisted we stay because we had already waited this long. So we wait even longer. She brings out his wings then says fries are going to take a while. We ended up having to get my tacos and the fries in a box because I was just ready to leave. Fortunately the manager came and talked to us and made our meal free which was nice however I will not be returning to this restaurant. Maybe our waitress would of remembered to put the order in if she wouldn’t have been so preoccupied talking to the other workers. I think the staff needs better training. Also I ended up throwing away my fish tacos because they tasted awful and they put barbeque sauce on them for some reason?

Horrible service. Almost an hour wait for our food. I ordered the buffaloritos. When I think of burrito at a restaurant, I think maybe big. Not here. It’s the size of taco bells soft taco. Yup only 2. And they were not burritos, burritos are wrapped up. These were left open for me to fold. And not enough chips with it. $ 8 for this? Over priced. Like I said, service slow and sucked. Go to the one in south county. Sure it’s an extra 10 drive but you’ll still get your food a lot faster. Plus, bathroom was outta paper towels, bathroom a mess, and tv’s not working here and there. When they did replace the towel roll in the bathroom, they didn’t put it in the dispenser… Just stuck the roll right on the sink where it’s getting wet.

So my guy friends wanted to watch the UFC fight and for some reason they didn’t show it because of a bar fight that happened years ago. Well my friend asked our server Chelsea if we could put it on then she told us bout the bar fight and she said she’d ask her manager and she did. Then he came out, very nice guy and turned the tv channel to the UFC fight and it made my friends really happy. The food is delicious as well.

I think you go to a place like this knowing it will be loud and a little rowdy, and it was. They were very busy and it took a long, long time to get our food. Our waitress was very nice, but I’ve never waited that long for food. Note: the fries are nothing to write home about. Bleh.

Worst BWW experience I’ve ever had. Started with drink orders. They were out of almost every non alcoholic drink there which is odd since that’s a key thing to have. Next we got our order in and after we had thought they forgot to cook out food it came out and I asked for silverware and napkins for the table since we had none and a friend was informed after everyone’s food was brought out they were out of soft pretzels. This should of been taken care of right away. The manager came over and apologized for being out of everything but that was about it. I asked a total of 3 times for silverware and napkins and eventually the waitress just wouldn’t look at me it would just ignore me all together so others asked and she ran off again and never brought any back. Then the manager returned and said they were all being washed and would be out shortly. When the waitress came back she chunked them on the table and ran off. Never asked for refills or how the food was. Absolutely pitiful service and stocking on food, drinks, and utensils which are all key things that should be top priority. I won’t be here anymore. Neither will the other 5 people with me.

I wouldn’t suggest going here if they are busy-the service is horrible. My family went here on a Saturday evening for dinner and the place was packed. After we got seated we waited for someone to come and take our drink order. No one came for over 10 minutes, all the tables around us were being helped but everyone kept walking by us. The couple that got seated after us got their drinks while we sat being totally ignored! As we were getting ready to walk out a waitress FINALLY came over asking if we had been helped yet. We hardly saw the waitress the rest of the time. I think she was so busy and I’m not even sure if we were in her section. It felt like the table we were sat at was in between 3 servers’ sections and no one knew who was supposed to help us so they just didn’t. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll go here again, at least not when they are busy. The food was good though.

I used to frequent this location when I worked nearby. For lunch it could not be beat. 10 wings for .39(the price has since increased quite a bit.) I went there with the hubster and two kids under 10. It is loud and with kids that is GREAT! The food was not all that great, but I was REALLY impressed with the server. When we go out to eat with the kids, no one EVER asks the kids if they need anything else to drink, but our server asked our girls several times. This made me happy. :) Overall it was just ok.
