Not impressed, my Cajun alfredo was not spicy at all and very little sausage, never saw prosciutto in it. My husband had the zupa di pesce, again absolutely no spice to it at all and sauce was so watery did not even stick to pasta no flavor. And not even a salad with our pasta i think the waitress forgot it.

This is one of the best restaurants in the Springfield area, everything is LEGIT. I’ve never been disappointed with anything there. Their steaks are my favorite; they got this insanely good ribeye that’s as big as the plate, a strip that is amazing by itself, but you can also get stuffed with gorgonzola cheese. They make their own salad dressing that’s super good. All the regular Italian dishes you expect to be there, are made perfectly. Like I said, everything is LEGIT. It’s technically in Feeding Hills, but its right down the street from the highway and its really not far at all from downtown Springfield.

First time there — disappointed… Waiter was very accommodating but food was ok. We started off with Crostini Di Pomodori which we thought was going to be like a Bruschetta but it was anything but. Appeared to be a grinder roll cut in half with a spoonful of tomatoes and basil with melted cheese — mucho bread very little topping! Salad tasted as if it was spooned out of a water bath with a little dressing put on top. Neither of us ate it! My wife had Chicken Parmigiana which she said was ok, not the best she has had but not the worst. My Penne a la Vodka with Chicken too was ok, although the Chicken was tough as though it had been warmed over. Unfortunately will probably not return in the future.

Tonite we had a reservation for 13 people at 7:00pm to celebrate a graduation. First the table wasn’t ready until approximately 7:30, not a big deal but delayed later plans. My order of Caesar salad and an order of meatballs were poor at best. Meatballs were dry, burnt on the outside and cool to the touch. They arrived at the table about 8:20. The salad was nothing special, dressing was good not great. My wife ordered chicken picada. It was served w/some watery vegetables and the few bites she had were tough. The waiter never asked how our meals were just asked if we wanted doggy bags. Since my in laws suggested casa Di Lisa and insisted on paying I didn’t make a fuss, however I did mention my experience to the waiter on the way out. He said he was sorry at least. We did to go bags for the dog, hope he won’t complain! After seeing the bill I feel the food and service were definitely not worth the amount plus the added in 18% is kind of unrealistic and bold. If the service were at par we would of gladly tipped 20% and above. No manager ever came into the dinning room to see how our experience was. Bottom line not worth it.

My new favorite. I have been. There several times on the last few months. They make an effort to make you feel welcome. They learn your name and your drink. The food is excellent and presented well

I agree with Jenny, this is also a mixed review. The atmosphere is nice, a little dim, but cozy. Our appetizer of fried calamari was too greasy and our main meals were underdone. I ordered pork chops, which were rare, and my boyfriend ordered a steak at medium, it came to us medium rare. If you want Italian food, drive a little further down the road and go to West Springfield or Chicopee, you’ll fare much better.

This is a mixed review. The ambiance was really nice… white tablecloths, soft lighting, and extremely friendly waitstaff. Martini menus are always fun! However, it was 8:00 on a Friday night and they were out of the first three things we tried to order. It kind of puts a damper on things when you have to keep sending your server away so that you can go over the menu again. And again. We started with oysters from the raw bar and they were fabulous. Really, really fresh and well-cleaned/prepared. For entrees, I had the lobster fra diavolo(minus the lobster — because they were out). They made it with shrimp and scallops, and it was just so-so. The sauce had a nice flavor, but the scallops were painfully overcooked and had an on-the-edge-of-turning-bad flavor. Not bad enough to make you sick, but enough to make them taste more bitter than sweet. I would have sent them back, but I didn’t feel like going over the menu again. I gave one to my boyfriend to try, and he chewed for so long that it actually became comical… pausing to sip some water part way through. I got grilled asparagus on the side, which was the highlight of my main course. My boyfriend went with the chicken piccata, and it was very nice. Good flavor, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The ambiance and oysters were worthy of another try, so I think we’ll go back and next time I’ll try their aged steaks, which seem to be their specialty.
