This company went to my property to fix a leaky outdoor faucet that ended up being a washer within the faucet. The plumber gave me a bid of $ 500 because he said he had to move all of the plumbing because the faucet was outside of and above the home electrical box in the basement. That faucet and electrical box have both been there since electricity and water came to the home, likely in the 20’s. He said he couldn’t perform the work because it isn’t code. I called the city inspector and verified this was UNTRUE. They charged me a $ 79 service call and wouldn’t fix the leak. This is a rotten company and are not to be trusted.

Not impressed. Had a Trane heat pump and air handler system installed in June. They did show up on time. Technicians did a fair job, but could have been better. Tracked dirt into the house and they advertised that they wore booties to prevent that. Didn’t show me how to program the thermostat and left it in a setting that locked out any adjustments. I read the owners manual on my own to figure it out. An energy consulting business found that the duct work leaked as did the condensate drain. No follow ups at all, not even to try and sell me a maintenance plan. I thought that the technicians spent a lot of time relaxing and smoking cigarettes. They could have finished hours earlier than they did.
