This guys is a master. Very old school but very professional. I just show him a picture of what I need and he gets it done. You can’t make a call to make an appointment unless you speak Korean. I just show up. He is a Jedi master.

The exterior of the place is nothing special, but what this barber shop lacks in decoration, it makes up with substance. I arrived for my 1:00 appointment (made via phone) and was seated promptly. I showed the man a photo of the style I desired and he proceeded to work immediately. The old man works fast but meticulously, and is a true master of his craft. I closed my eyes, listened to the Korean radio playing oldies and felt what I imagined the vibe of a 1950s barber shop in Korea to be. When he was finished, I opened my eyes and was very pleased with the result. As a man, I appreciate a good barber shop and wish to keep the tradition alive. I will be a regular here for as long as I continue to reside in this area.
P. S. As expected of an old schooler, he only accepts cash as payment, so come prepared!

Great military style haircut. Got in, made my request, he got to work and I was out. I don’t speak Korean at all but didn’t matter. Great man and value.
