Why not Granite was responsive to my concerns(caulk would never set), though seemed out of the know that water based caulk would not be the best choice for a kitchen install. After having 6 visits to fix incorrectly cut granite, and caulk that wasn’t curing, we thought we were good. Almost 2 years later, we are discovering that the quartz countertop we had installed has MULTIPLE chips and imperfections on the edge, not due to our use. There are over 20 imperfections for a 400 sq. ft. kitchen. Unacceptable. This would be a one-star review if the company were less concerned with the problem when calling. Buyer beware.

We, too, had excellent initial communication and got a premium product for a good price. However after that the customer service faltered and the installation was less than satisfactory. The company was moving to a new location so that could have impacted the poor service during the time we were waiting. There was no flexibility in the installation date as we attempted to move up the date as our contractor was far ahead of schedule. We had to chase them down for communication and could not change the date so that was Ok. The installation was not good. They measured incorrectly so it was too tight and tore up the walls on both ends of the counter. The top does not fil snugly against the wall so the contractor is also taking care of that. There was no «sorry» just a messy installation and they were gone. The positive is the product is beautiful and it will be great once all the«fixes» are done.
