The worst post office ever! They have never answered their phone!!! And my mail is never delivered on time and they will say they tried to deliver my packages and don’t! And they will skip our mailbox for days at a time, we will go like 3 days with no mail!

Federal Way, WA
Standard post office. Big lobby for PO Boxes and a self-​service kiosk. Counter has 5 stations, but usually only 3 people are working. Even during the holiday season when there is a line out the door. They are courteous and helpful. Biggest drawback is that the parking lot is one way… and that direction is different than the one-​way lane for the drive up drop box.

This post office in Federal Way is located near Fred Meyer. It’s pretty big for a post office with a lot of private PO boxes available. They have 5 checkout lines and one self-​service machine in the lobby.
It’s convenient for me because the lobby is always open. I stop by to buy stamps anytime. I’ve also sent packages after work to avoid the crowd.
The parking lot entrance is one way in and one way out.
There’s a drive up box too.
