Supercuts

Have been coming here for as long as I’ve lived in federal way and have always been happy with the results todays visit was absolutely the worst I’ve experienced Lisa cut my hair today she asked what i wanted i said #2 on the sides and just clean up what I’ve already got going on and i wanted to clean up and even the lines on my beard she proceeds to get distracted with someone else in the store proceeds with «number 2 «on my sides and then starts working on my side burns and proceeds to drag the number 2 guard down into my beard… Not what i wanted not what i asked for at all at this point i was Done after the hack job done on my beard she wants to reshape the lines and trim my mustache nope sorry you had your chance, hacked off 6 months of beard growth in a faction of a second and did so in a manor that even if i said stop it would have been beyond repair i told her the style of beard i was trying to maintain is known as a box beard and she had no idea what i was talking about even replied to me with «whats that? «sorry lady you just lost a your store a customer and landed your store a bad review on Unilocal hopefully your not allowed to butcher anyone one else’s hair not to mention the hair style she gave me i could have gotten at the base its known as a low reg for about 8 $ again not what i wanted. Guys if you have facial hair don’t let this lady near it.

The first time I went there, I had my hair cut by Amber. She did quite a good job. The second time I went there I decided to give another stylist a chance, her name is Crystal. She did a terrible job! I told her I wanted my hair 3 inches shorter but instead she cut around 6 inches shorter & it’s not even! In addition to that, she cut my bangs too short & it’s looks funny.

Teety is the best. You have to call early and get an appointment if you want to see her. She’s worth it. I keep telling her she could have her own place.

Amber (manager) is great, good for a cheap hair cut when your out and about and just happen to get a cut, typical walk-​in basis, cheap standard hair cuts.

I went here a while back for a much-​needed haircut. I used to have my next-​door neighbor, a professional stylist at a fancy salon, cut my hair. So yes, maybe I was expecting a bit much from a supercuts.
I went in, explained what I wanted very thoroughly, and my hair looked great, after she put some mousse stuff in it! Then I got home and washed it out, let it dry naturally to see what would happen.
Now, I have not gone to beauty school, so I could be wrong here, but I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to cut a 3-​inch-​wide chunk of hair a full two inches shorter than the rest of the head of hair. WTF? Do you know how long it takes my hair to grow, and how long I’ll be living with this? I keep going back and forth, thinking it’s actually a layer of hair 2 inches shorter than the rest of my (chin-​length) hair, but after serious studies into what’s going on back there, I’m fairly certain it’s a 3-​inch-​wide chunk.
At any rate, NOT OKAY, and NOT what I asked for. When my hair is down, I look like a 50’s housewife. No offense to my grandma, but that’s not okay with me. Next time I’ll shell out an extra $ 10 to go to a non-​chain haircutting place so they don’t butcher my slow-​growing locks.

I’ve been here quite a few times. Nick is the hair dresser I always use and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. Never had a bad haircut from him and he’s a friendly guy. I usually try to set up an appointment with him because a lot of people like him he’ll get backed up.
