There are some very negative reviews about this nail salon, and I’d like to set the record straight. The first time or two I went in there, I experienced some of the same problems other people mentioned — manicurists talking incessantly with each other in Vietnamese, while totally ignoring me; sometimes laughing, leaving me to wonder if they were ridiculing me or others. However, I went back a month or so ago when I was in need of a quick pedicure, and my experience was totally different. My pedicurist was respectful, asked me a few questions about myself, and only spoke in Vietnamese when needing to communicate something to a fellow worker. She did a great job on the pedicure and I really enjoyed the experience. I went back today, and again, I was treated very respectfully, with everybody in the shop thanking me as I left. I think the previous customer service issues have been addressed, and I would not hesitate to go back to Rosy Nails.

I’ve given this place a few tries and although their shellac manicures last awhile, the behavior of the staff really left a bad taste in my mouth every time. I have been to salons where the staff speak a language other than English but I find it extremely disrespectful to the clients if that’s all you do. One of the times, a staff member said«I like your hair» to the African American lady next to me and then another said something in Vietnamese and both started laughing and the third one joined in. Granted I cannot be sure what they were saying but it made me feel really uncomfortable not to mention the lady. This place is unprofessional and seemingly racist and I strongly discourage people from going there. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this place makes me want to learn Vietnamese just to bitch them out. Feel free to find out for yourself but I will not be going back there.

This place is the worst place ever!!! worst customer service! the whole time im there they were talking shit about the customer including me in vietnamese!!! they say the nastiest things about people! terrribleee! and on top of that they reuse there alochol for shellac, instead of spraying your nails with it afterward they ask you to dip it in a bowl which they will reuse… if i could give a 0 star i would!

I’m an Esthetician and I strive to give my clients a relaxing service and I would think that nail techs would want to do the same thing. This gal talked to her fellow workers in their language throughout my pedi. That is rude and unprofessional. If I talked to my fellow esto’s during a service I would expect to never see that client ever again. Good pedi but disappointing atmosphere.

I really like Rosy Nails, especially Jacki. She gives a fabulous pedicure, great massage, and is always so friendly. I’ve had a couple nails break shortly after application and they always happily fix them free of charge. I always get designs on my toes and, once again, Jacki always does a beautiful, unique design.
